Alternatively, you could buy a Ballistic 21.5 to race until the change in September, then just buy a $40 25.5 stator assembly. You'd still have the 21.5 stator to either sell or hang on to since my understanding is that 21.5 may be a good bet as the next "stock" spec in RC.
The further advantage to the Ballistic motor would be that running with your sensorless esc (has someone tested this esc with the comparatively high-wind motors we use?) the Ballistic has a removeable sensor bundle where the SS motors do not.
