Default 20th Annual Magic City Classic coming up!!

I just wanted to remind everybody that the 20th Annual Magic City Classic is coming up in just 4 short weeks. Hopefully everybody has marked the weekend of March 11-13 off on their calendar.

Everything is coming together to make this a great event. T-shirt design is being finalized, prizes are already arriving, etc. This year we're even getting a lift platform fabricated so we can use the Shrine's forklift to get our chair-bound racing friends up onto the stage safely.

PLEASE NOTE: We need your paid first entry in-hand no later than February 27 to have your T-shirt size guaranteed. We have to turn in the order on March 1 to ensure they can be produced in time for the event. Please be sure note your T-shirt size on the entry form. You only need to commit to your first class (the one the T-shirt comes as part of the entry fee) and you can enter / pay for additional class(es) when you arrive. We will, of course, order additional T-shirts but you will DEFINITELY be on a catch as catch can basis if we don't have your pre-entry.

Entry form can be downloaded in .pdf form at http://www.magiccityrc.com/flyers/Fl...ty_Classic.pdf PLEASE be sure you mail your entry to the address shown at the bottom of the flyer as "Mail to", NOT to the actual Shrine itself.

Anywho, hope to see you at the Classic!! Talk to Grenade, Rich, Steve, Jim, Doug, etc and I'm pretty sure they'll vouch that our races are a good time. Big track, VERY even floor, huge drivers stand, as much pit space (tables and chairs provided) as you think you can fill, professional on-site concessions, etc. And how often to you get to race when it DIRECTLY benefits a charitable organization? The Shrine Charities benefit from our rental and operating the concessions stand...helping get children and families the medical help they need but cannot afford.

Thanks,

Scottrik
