Hey Jim, the AAC engine will benefit even more so by heat cycling. About the only caution is to avoid overheating the engine too much. You can get it a little hot, but when they get silly hot, they seem to lose their snap.
Thanks for the info what would be a good temp range? nothing over 250 I assume? Since I am not buying a replacement AAC sleeve ($220+ bucks!) I want to get the most run time out of the current one
