Not really. The Tekin was never a TC spec competitor (i.e. low turn mod speedo), and it didn't really get competitive with the SPX until recently. As for SP, they released the 2.0 just after the SPX and again it was aimed at the mod market where it remains one of the top speedos. The 2.1 will be their first spec speedo and its software is compatible with the 2.0 so it will outlast the tekin if that is due for an upgrade soon.

Like I said, I'm not arguing for one brand or another, but there seems to be a lot of tekin fan boys on here that think their speedos will be competitive forever. It is good to see a brand with such great customer support though, from what I read they may just be the best in the business so hopefully the other guys catch up there too.
