the cylander head aka cooling head and spark plug aka glow plug. If you mean the cooling head screw amounts? this will have a preety good affect if you run less screws it will loose compression. After re reading think I got it... you mean the fins? yes this will have a affect but not major. You will run hotter, unless it is a aftermarket head desigsned for your mill.
