You have to turn on the Tx first - always! Then you turn on the buggy (Rx) - thats why the servos are going nuts.

Then, when finished, you always turn off the buggy (Rx) and then the TX. The RX should never be turned on without the TX being on. This is the 1st thing you need to learn about RC.
