Frank i never had a problem with quality on any nova mill, always lived up to expectations. I just had high hopes with the Toro mounted in a Truggy, and i just couldnt get the punch i like, mid and top are very comparible to your speed mills.

I know you have had good luck with your speeds, and most do. But i also think you will love a powerhouse tuned Toro.

As far as the tune, yes the speed is a little easier, it has a broader range where it will run well. Imo the Toro is not any differant or harder then any other Nova mill, few exeptions.

I love the Toro now and i will be getting another for 2010 season.

Just my oppinion and thought i would share.
