I vote the Jammin 21 picco. I run only Picco and novarossi and love them. Novarossi may be a bit pricey for a first motor but the picco's are awesome mills.
One Note no mater what mill you get take it apart and inspect it before you put a drop of fuel in it. If everything looks okay clean it out just to be sure there is no metal shavings left in it. than put it back together and break it in. If you find a problem before you put fuel to it you will save yourself alot of time, money and headachs.
