Are you running a buggy or truggy. If it's a buggy then the mugen "c" shaped header. In a truggy the "L" shaped header.
I have never been able to really prove or even find any facts about how the shape affects the power curve. Not saying that it is not there, just havn't seen it. I have many shapes of headers, but usually go by over-all length to use on the basis for tuning
