Honestly the 416WE is a great car. To change it over to the X you basically need all the bulkheads and the motor plate, chassis and upper deck, 4x8 unflanged bearings, new front sway bar.. Your WE should be competitive still, but it would be easier just to get a new X kit than convert it.
