Well, I guess that could be the TRG wheel.
I like more the Tamiya original wheel, in fact is not any bad look and cheaper than TRG.

I will say this about TRG, you can't apply the wheel spat on TRG wheels, won't fit... Sucks, but I think that they're impractical anyway when it comes to gettin down, racing! Besides, one good hit, and it's over (spats)... You'd be trackin down were your spats are on the track, bummer.
