Default sigh.

just to remind everyone the interclub was started to promote people travelling to clubs outside their own, get together, have a good race meet and expand their horizons.

the club points is a bit of fun, not an actual decree of 'the best club', you'd have to be living in a pretty small world to think it actually means anything beyond that.

that said the basis for the new points system is mathematically flawed.

for starters you cannot quantify a classes worth based purely on entrant numbers so to award anything less than equal points to the winner of each class is wrong.

secondly the number of gas classes vs electric classes has to be treated as irrelevant. winning a gas class cannot quantified as being worth twice as much as winning an electric class. because any one driver can only enter 1 class per day you have to view the classes blind of what powers them.

leaving the easiest to implement system a fixed score down. it was previously 10 down but if you're so desperate for more people to be able to score points for their clubs this could be expanded to 20 down... but be warned this would widen the gap between the big and small clubs.

but that's about as long as i can pretend it actually matters. stfu and race.
