I run a Hot Bodies Cyclone with a 13.5 SpeedPassion V3. On posts here people are advising a heavier gear as the V3 is torquey so i've gone for 6.77 FDR (36/100 x 2.4375). Roll out appears to be 29.23 with 63mm diameter rubber tyres.

Other advice included having a higher start RPM say 5500 (rather than 2500) and my end rpm will be 20000 (going from 3100 (kV) x7.4 x0.9 = 20.6k ish).

I run on a tight grippy carpet track indoors and the straight is 30 metres ish.


Is this sensible/correct and would 40 timing boost/0.4 delay/2 ramp be ok as a start point? My main worry is it not performing enough at the next meeting and being unable to change it until next time.
