Thanks-I'll see if I can snag some 6* blocks from someone locally on Sunday and run it again.
I have another small isse with the diffs too-but ts a build issue I think. When I get them tight enough that they dont slip-they drag the whole drivetrain down (spin a wheel and it turns motor over). I loosen it some and rear diff slips a bit on the track. YOu can hear/see it slipping from a slow corner.
