I have been waiting for this information since December, so I can keep the my club's members informed, and I contacted Graham first thing Saturday morning to get an update. There have been discussions with some of my club's members about all this, and I as the secretary; see it as my business to keep my club members informed. I would have liked to see the meeting taking place in December, but it is all good now that it has been done. The Interclub reps of my club are there to represent the club members, have been put there by the club members, and understand their responsibility to disclose the important details of the meeting as soon as the information at hand. Apart from what I see as my own responsibilities; Graham was expected to brief my club at today’s (cancelled) race meeting about all this, and to answer questions. I see any attempt to withhold information; whether confirmed or not, about any of the proceedings at the meeting as totally inappropriate; I don’t what responsibilities of the representatives of other clubs are, but my club’s reps are there to represent the club members, and I am satisfied that they are doing just that.

I don’t see any of this as a big deal, but the minutes should probably be published as soon as possible, so all the interested parties can read all the details. For example: I did not know of the decision about pulling engines apart, and that seems to have come out of Trevor’s briefing about the Interclub reps meeting to his club; and the sooner that the minutes are published the sooner we will all stand informed. And anything not yet confirmed will also be known. Perhaps you could ask William to publish the minutes as soon as possible?

Dates of events get changed very often (try to keep my calendar http://chickentrading.com/viewforum....a90866a66091dd updated, and you’ll know), and all you have to do is to make an announcement on this forum and to your club if your club’s date is changed, I’ll take care of sending the information out to my club immediately, if nobody else will.
