Why is it that the rules are changing with regards to the points system???

This would seriously hinder a new club or a club with limited number (eg Chargers) from ever getting close to an overall win weather it be for a round or even the overall series.

Aren't we trying to get more people and other clubs (which would obviously be smaller numbered) into this club VS club racing comp.
