Surround yourself with uplifting and nice people who can make racing fun, not all serious like it's an F1 race. I've been racing a long time and it seems to happen that some guys who get sponsored or not tend to not help others and get too serious about racing. I have noticed als that there are many great people involved too. Just don't get mixed with the dull tire gluing look what I bought crowd....
