I run Nova 3ports, P5's and Toro Nero's. I've run P3, P4, and 97T plugs, Byrons 25%, Rocket Science, O'donnell fuels............ The only time I've flamed out is after losing my air filter and eating dirt. Ran other motors in the past with the same results. Keep your motor tight, clean and don't let dirt in it and you won't flame out. IMO Nova's are the only way to go. Jim and Chris at Fusion Motorsports will do whatever it takes to keep you running.
