there is a small hole on the clutch bell next to the bigger pinion. you may use a harden wire to insert to it and adjust spring tension by turning the flywheel. we normally dont measure by "number of turn out" but we usually measure how much thread of the engine nut you can see in mm. good starting point is 0.7 to 0.8mm.

the harder the clutch spring will give you more engine stress. so far, i am quite happy with the stock clutch spring (gold color). your 0.5mm end play is a bit too much together with your harder spring and will cuz too much engine over rev before clutch engage. I have been using 0.3mm end play and it gives very good performance with the red mugen clutch pad.
