Don't know, it doesn't say in the instructions or on the box. I just bought it last Saturday.
I'm not sure if this helps but after I recalibrate my radio and esc a single led is lit - # 4neutral width. It will stay lit for about 5seconds the go out and then the # 1 led will light for a second . After that the # 4 led lights up.
