Yes you are 100% right!!

For me this conversion helps if i was in a hiatus from to say...3 or 4 years and back then, i run my 4x4 with a 10 turn motor and now that I'm back i do not have a clue what BL motor is in the ballpark of my 10 T brushed motor. With the formula i can seek a BL motor close to that 10 T brushed and not making the mistake that if i see a 10.5 BL, i assumed that it is a 10T equivalent brushed motor.
