Those are two different things. Exhaust reducers really restrict flows of exhaust pulse that actually works fairly well with engines that suffer from less low rpm torque. This is why the reducer came with the 367 engine . We were told to try it on the exhaust output of the engine and it did exactly what it was supposed to do . It might just work wonders on the toro also , the toro nero is a great engine when properly tuned and reshimmed to .70mm .

I was refering to the reducer, Is it still recomended to use carb restricters like 7mm when using this exhaust reducer, or do you use the maximum size you can like 9mm.
