At RCM the majority of us run the stock silver can. I run a small 2s lipo but some are running sticks packs. There are a few brushless cars but that clearly isn't a huge advantage since the consistant winner every week runs a silver can and he drives the wheels of the thing.
We ran an 8 minute main last night. It was great!
