Baboon14 or someting like that told me a setup once before but I cannot find it in the forums it was abuot a month ago or so. Also what body do you guys like to run.

30 weight shock oil
green spring
pod-chassis level
middle caster
.20 or .22 springs depending on the carpet
medium hydra lube on the dampner disk
.075 T-bar with the spacers
