I need a little help with my new Mugen Sedan.

First of all, I have a Picco Red Dot and Ofna pipe. The pipe is not long enough so it does not line up with the pipe mount. The hanger as it is now needs to be angled towards the rear of the car and it hits the belt pulley. Do I need a new pipe/header? any suggestions? Is there a certain size/brand etc?

I am also trying to understand the front spool/one way. When do I run the pins etc? When do I run the diff? Can someone go into detail on this?
