I change rear bearings all the time with the front installed. The front will be just fine. Dont sweat it. Just reheat and use the crank to help pull the rear bearing into place and make sure the front is seated well after rear install. Just take your time and make sure to get the block nice and warm. These motors aren't rocket science. If you were good enough to get em out, you can put them back in just fine.
