Hey Paul, I'm running an 008 car in RCGT on a smooth high bite carpet track and am currently running 6mm in the front and 5mm in the rear and the car needs to be driven cautiously. Would going to 4mm in the front and 3mm in the rear settle the car down and make it more stable?

I'm running 3.0 springs in the front with 60wt oil, 2.6 springs in the rear 40wt oil, 3 hole fixed pistons all 4 shocks. My camber is set at 1.5 in the front and 2.5 in the rear with 3 degree of rear toe, ride height is 5.5mm
