Nothing to worry about. This is quite normal when using a spool.
Just adjust your EPA on your transmitter as much as possible and the chattering will reduce as a result.
A 3-piece shaft (like X-ray has) will eliminate (almost) all the vibration.
I know somebody is making these for the 416, but I can't remember who...
Atomic makes them, RCMushroom was selling them as well as RCSpeedzone (i think). Go back a couple of pages I did a little write up about them, short term they where great, long term a little disappointing.
