I though I'd call on the knowledge of the collective on this one!

I recently acquired a 416WE and have been having some trouble with the front drive belt shaking quite a lot on power when the wheels are turned to the far righ and left. As a result the belt then clips everything in it's path and is getting a lot for wear/tear.

When wheels are straight theres no probs, and also when mostly turned, it's only on full lock i get the shake...

The kit is pretty stock apart from the turnbuckle which I have upgraded to titanium.

The funny thing is I only get the belt shake when the wheels are mounted, when taken off its not a prob.

I've tried the following on this one, however not getting any results...

- belt tension, tightened... takes some of the shake away, but doent want to make it too tight;
- inspected the belt drive - nothing in obstruction;
- replaced universal drive shaft, incase alloys were bent - no effect;

Please help!
