If you are near Joliet, IL. Leisure Hours Raceway is a great track to race on.
Also are you aware that there are 1/10 and 1/8 Touring cars. The 1/8 Touring Cars are categorized in the "GT" Class. Two popular models are the Ofna DM1 Spec and Kyosho Inferno GT. These cars have better stability on unprepared parking lots than 1/10 Touring cars. There is also a GT Class that races at LHR and the Midwest Series.
I was not aware about the 1/8 scale being the "GT" model , thanks for the info ill check them out.
