are you from Hershey PA? if so you should hit up motorama. I know this sounds strange but the best way to get better at tuning, set-up, and driving is to just jump right in. when i first started out i was a little afraid to race so I practiced a lot, but when it came time to race it all seem kinda new. the people at the track during the race will help you out a great deal, i learned more during my first race then my month of practicing. this is just my experience.
