Curious, why fit a 380 motor in your TB-03D?
If you want a straight 540-sized motor can but with a 380 rotor, you should check out the integer-numbered turn motors from Hobbywing.
I have a 4300Kv (9T) Hobbywing motor. The can is a 540 sized, but the rotor inside is a 380-sized motor. Since it's in a 540-sized can, the body is heavily extruded for heat sinking:
