The Evo 4 is an excellent choice. It's a short-stroke engine so it's got smoother bottom and higher top speed. A good substitute would be an Orion Alpha ABI .21 or .24 engine. They're similar in a lot of respects to the Sirio and they also have very smooth power delivery.
