The equalizer - it will bring the cells individually down to the same voltage prior to a charge so the pack will perform consistently. This helps keep cells at same voltage which if left alone, they never really are for long. This is all I use on with good cells. 1st time I've seen one made for a stick pack. Most are for side-by-side packs.

The conditioner is more for when you're not discharging your pack very far down. The discharge rate on the equalizer is usually pretty low so partially charged batts can take some time.
