You'll be lucky if you even get half of what you paid for that. NTC3s are dirt cheap to get and a dime a dozen to find.

So, to answer your first question. No, There is "as I know of" no conversion kit on the market for the NTC3. From what I've seen, most people make their own homemade conversions for this car. The best start is to make a motor mount from a piece of 1/8" angle stock aluminum. You should be able to find that at your local hardware store. And with a dremel, bore out holes for the screw mounts and rotor arm.
