In case you missed them, I have 2 Evo 4's for sale here on rctech. Parts are really not a problem as with any Tamiya most of the good deals are from Hong Kong or Japan shops. Ebay works wonders. These cars are rock tough. The Evo drivetrain became really good with the intro of the Evo 4. You'll actually learn that many Tamiya cars have similar parts. The Evo 4 shares some with the TRF415 and with the TA05.
In addition the TB Evo 5 makes good drifting machine. For touring it may not be forgiving in comparision with belt driven car like TRF415 & TA05. I had experience with torque steer. The workaround is just watch your fingers don't throttle too hard on the remote.
