Thanks for the answers regarding the 9550. Something you mention there ammdrew: throttle speed. Someone mentioned a while ago, it may have been Rene C from Serpent, that having a fast throttle may not be so good. Aparently, if I recall correctly, having the throttle reacting too quickly can lead to an upset in the mixture. The idea being that the mixture in the carb takes longer to re-settle, i.e. can't respond quickly enough to the new position of the throttle.
Not sure if there was a concensus of agreement on this one or not. Anyone else know about this?
