Hello, I saw a video on youtube about cutting the antenna tube so that when it is on the car its height only reaches to about the same height as the rear body posts and then you coil the remaining antenna wire around the tube. I have been wanting to try this so I could hide the receiver antenna on my nitro car but I was wondering if this will hurt range or anything? The guy says that the range is the same but I was just looking for some more opinions before I try it out.
