I find some of these comments interesting. I have and race both an SC10 & T4. I heard a lot hype about how great the Blitz is out of the box so I bought one. At first it was pretty crappy. After a lot of track time and tinkering I like it as much as the SC10. It has a different feel though. You can get the steering pretty close but it will never feel as light as an SC10. However, once you get the truck set up, it is smooth, stable and loves bumps. I run mine on stock tires and I can control it pretty well on the track. It is a good alternative to the SC10 although it took a little work to get it that way. It is well built and durable like a slash. I run Blitz shocks on my SC10 now.
