AMEN!

Just talk to any reputable motor manufacturer, tuner or whatever with a grasp doing carb adjustments and will tell you that tying to a fixed temperature across many engines is a nonsense... some will love to run at 120ºC, others at 150ºC. The most important thing is to keep a small but noticeable smoke trail and a happy & stable idle when hot.

Many people fail to adjust correctly a low-end needle, and is VITAL for the correct cooling of your engine when off-throttle. Just a quick tip, many people doesn't bother to read pages who talk about a good carb adjustment.

When the engine is at operating temp (and this means, with the main chassis soaked of temperature, not cold or cool) - sic Ron Paris -.

Do a full pull of the throttle with the wheels off the ground, engine should rev-down and stabilizate their speed on the next three seconds. This is a almost perfect low-end adjustment. Fail to do this and you are risking with a too lean low-end needle (very usual to see).
