The TQ booster doesn't have LiPo cutoff circuitry.
That said, unless you're running AGRESSIVE Mod there's no need for cutoff. 13.5 with LOTS of advance, etc I'm still using less than 3000 mah from my 4900mah batteries so I know I've got PLENTY of room to run 10.5 and even (probably) a fair bit lower.
imo cutoff is mostly for bashers driving around in their cul-de-sac or wherever. I haven't seen a situation where it would even be useful (to say nothing of needed) in actual racing other than the aforementioned LOW LOW LOW turn mod motors. I'm sure I could practice for 15 minutes (+ or -) without battery problems, but anything much longer than 9 or so and you're not learning anything new as the battery is in the low half of it's charge and you've probably run the tires off by then.
