What's vauge about "flush" ?? Even if you are off by a 1/4 turn from the absolute flush setting, you will be within half a turn of a performance tune on the HSN (providing you have a long needle LSN carb. Not all countries get the same LSN needles in the carbs depending on what the distributor asks for, so check this first).
No point screwing the HSN in all the way and risk damaging the needle end if you have to screw it all the way out again to get to the correct setting anyway.
