The RB will generate much more rpm than the GT speedy so start around 4.5FDR and you should be close to the same speed but WAY more power. You can work from there towards the gearing that suits you best. I ran against my brother with that same combo (SP motor and speedy) and killed him with power and top end just the other weekend.
