I know my Blinkie discharges around 0.3amps...
If it were me I would aim for 0.02v cell imbalance or less.

I've seen my own junk packs with 0.02v difference after a run, & that's no problem recharging.

You could likely go higher, but with out testing & monitoring I couldn't tell you how much.

other than having to push "balance" on startup every time, my MKS works great.
