I run jpx(picco)21 w/086 double bend header in truggy and get about 10 minutes in truggy. also as metioned earlier the rb hobby 9(mine with turbo button for $20 ebay) is what i run in buggy i also use with a double bend short with 086 and get over 11 in buggy easily with great smooth power. both of these combos are under $300 and will last 8+ gallons easy if used properly if not more. only reason i said +4 earlier is cause of your spending limit. really tho there is absolutely no reason to over spend
