It's also related to the shimming of the engine. Ie. with higher nitro and less compression (more shimms) you can use hotter plug. To me it's easier to use the hot or ultrahot plugs for many as the engines are not so picky on the LSN and they iddle better and takeoff more constantly even if you are slightly off with the LSN. GO works just nicely with colder plugs as well but you need to tune them slightly differently for apparent reasons
With standard shimming I currently alternate between OD 97T med and 77T hot, depending on what I have left in my tool box at the time

I have just got some of the new GO T4 plugs in which are medium hot, as opposed to the T3 which is hot. I think the T4's will hit the spot nicely, plus the price and quality of the new GO plugs is great.
