I also have the Radio Shack 25 amp model, & it's been working perfectly for over 3 years for me(which is pretty odd given how cheap most of RS's stuff can be). I believe they actually get theirs from the same people that make a PS for Competition Electronics(which is rated at 23 amps & usually sells for about $30 more). If you can find the Radio Shack one, I highly reccomend it....
