Also, the rules only affect the BRCA Touring Car nationals, and the BRCA Juniors. Any local club can run to whatever weight they want, as can any championship without 'BRCA' in the title (like STCC, TORC, BTCC etc). If they decide to follow BRCA rules, aim your moans at that championship or club, not the BRCA.
