The set of 2500mah Energizers I have self discharge very rapidly - a few days and have to be recharged way too often. They have a lot of voltage and capacity if you use it up in a hurry, otherwise need recharging every few days.

The best AAs I've owned are Powerex AAs by Maha. I just did a refresh and analyze sequence on my AA Analyzer and after 100 charges, these 2700s are holding 2400+mah. This is what they showed when they were new so there's been no change in 100 cycles. I suspect they were overrated capacity wise.
