I need an economic friendly battery charger.I need a 15 minute,7 cell charger,w/o a power supply ,just the wire to plug into the wall. I had the Hobico 950 ac/dc multi-charger but for some reason it wont charge my battery.i need a new one,one that plugs into the wall or can be charged from the cars outlet.
